WE PLAYED A KEY ROLE IN TOYOTA MH'S FULLY AUTOMATED WAREHOUSE PROJECT!
In 2023, we successfully completed the design and mass production of metal pallets for the safe and efficient storage of vehicle fuel tanks after production, as part of the fully automated warehouse system established by Toyota Material Handling in the Netherlands.
The design and dimensional consistency of these pallets, integrated into a fully automated warehouse system, were among the critical success factors of the project. Our expert engineering team, through their meticulous and precise work, developed these metal transport crates, ensuring they worked in perfect harmony with the system's sensors and the robots used within the warehouse. This integration ensured smooth operations and initiated production.
With the same sensitivity, our production team developed the precision welding and assembly fixtures used throughout the series production, ensuring that each case fulfils the expected qualities.
The success of our project was not only limited to technical excellence, but also made significant contributions to logistics and operational efficiency, and TOYOTA Material Handling prepared a video to show its satisfaction with this successful cooperation and to share the details of the project with a wide audience via its YouTube channel.
These pallets, included in the project through superior design skills and qualified production, will allow the fuel tanks to be stored without any damage throughout the life of the project
